Abstract

Aeschynomene villosa Poir. (Fabaceae) is reported for the first time from lndia. lt occurred in Savali taluka, Vadodara district, Gujarat. Detailed description and illustration of the species are provided, besides key to the lndian species of Aeschynomene.
