Abstract

Luisia zeylanica Lindl., a vandoid species of epiphytic orchids, is reported for the first time from Himachal Pradesh, extending thereby its north-western limit of distribution in the Himalaya beyond Garhwal region. Description and illustrations of the species are provided.
