Abstract

Proteroceras holttumii Joseph & Vajravelu (Orchidaceae). described from Vellingiri Hills, Tamil Nadu, is reduced to a synonym of Pceroceras leopardinum (Par. & Reichb. f.) Seidenf. & Smitin.. known earlier from Burma, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Borneo.
